為什么需要對手術(shù)動物進行保溫?
損害機體免疫功能,減少皮膚血流和氧供,增加傷口感染率
降低血流循環(huán)和血液指標,導致凝血發(fā)生,非常不利于血液或血流相關(guān)指標監(jiān)測和測定,比如測量血流量、血壓等
降低藥物在機體組織中的代謝速度,影響機體代謝
延長麻醉恢復時間,可能明顯增加動物死亡率
引起其他疾病的發(fā)生,比如心血管并發(fā)癥
無法得到真實或接近真實的實驗數(shù)據(jù)

動物手術(shù)低體溫的常見原因
1.麻醉劑的作用:麻醉劑導致擴張血管、抑制體溫調(diào)節(jié),從而導致體溫下降
2.手術(shù)室的低溫環(huán)境,尤其是普通動物室實驗環(huán)境
3.手術(shù)臺的“冷”材質(zhì),比如不銹鋼、樹脂材質(zhì)的臺面
4.長時間藥物注射:長時間輸入與環(huán)境等溫的液體,對動物體液造成“冷稀釋”作用,從而導致動物體溫下降
5.皮膚消毒劑的使用,尤其是裸露皮膚大面積的消毒,導致體內(nèi)熱量散失
長時間的手術(shù)
6.創(chuàng)傷較大的開胸、開腹手術(shù),造成熱量散發(fā)較多

動物手術(shù)保溫的規(guī)范操作
術(shù)中
1.如果使用電熱毯保溫方式,切忌電熱毯直接放置于不銹鋼、樹脂等“冷”材質(zhì)手術(shù)臺面,因這些材質(zhì)傳熱會導致電熱毯加熱很慢甚至無法升溫到預期溫度;
2.除手術(shù)部位外,其他部位盡量不暴露,可以使用布巾遮蓋;
3.如果是注射液體或藥物,且實驗時間較長,必要時,可以同時對輸進動物體內(nèi)的液體進行預熱;
4.手術(shù)操作配合熟練,減少手術(shù)時間;
5.注意體溫監(jiān)測。
術(shù)后
繼續(xù)將動物放于保溫毯或保溫臺上,待動物恢復。
