小RNA是生物體內(nèi)一類具有重要調(diào)控功能的非編碼小RNA的總稱。大量研究已經(jīng)證實(shí),小RNA幾乎參與調(diào)控了動(dòng)植物幾乎所有的生命過(guò)程,包括細(xì)胞增殖,分化,凋亡等,并且與人類疾病的發(fā)生發(fā)展密切相關(guān)。小RNA測(cè)序正是對(duì)這一類重要的調(diào)控小RNA展開分析,利用高通量測(cè)序技術(shù)對(duì)樣本中18~30 nt的小RNA序列進(jìn)行鑒定和分析。依托聯(lián)川生物強(qiáng)大的生物信息分析平臺(tái),可以快速鑒定物種已知小RNA,并預(yù)測(cè)新的小RNA,同時(shí)可對(duì)小RNA的靶基因進(jìn)行預(yù)測(cè)和功能分析。
